 Hiya.  Just a quick report on the cleaning up of the pond area grasses.  These guys are doing a super job.  Extremely thorough and great clean up. Haven’t seen the pond verge looking so good! Give those guys an A+!

Oakland Park Retail

Hello,

I want to let you know how happy I am with the lawn care at Oakland Park. Jon has really made an effort to get this property back into shape and looking nice. I appreciate him working with me and keeping on top of the service. This morning, the Sprouts manager texted me about a broken irrigation head and when I let Jon know, he said they were onsite and already made the repair. It was great being able to respond back to the manager that it was taken care of. Thank you!

Fire Hydrant

Thank you for taking my call today.  I would like to send our my sincerest thank you to you and your team at ProGreen. Not only for showing up each week to mow the grass but showing the property the love and attention that it needs to look it’s best year-round.

The reason I am writing you today, is because during my property inspection I noted that a fire hydrant was hiding behind an overgrown bush.  I emailed your branch manager Scott Clock to request that the bush be trimmed down on his next visit.  Not only did he respond to my email on the same day, but he also had the work completed within a few hours!

That same evening, we had a fire in the neighboring building where the fire department had to be called.  To me that is a clear indicator of how one can never know when an emergency is going to happen and I’m grateful for Scott and his team for staying on top of things and providing same day results, when I was expecting for the bush to be trimmed in a week or two.

Thanks again for all that ProGreen does and we look forward to continuing to work with you all in 2025!
